Currently, Charles F. Cargile is Chairman of Sunworks, Inc. and Chief Financial Officer for Tattooed Chef, Inc. Mr. Cargile is also on the board of Photon Control, Inc.

Mr. Cargile previously was Chief Accounting Officer & Controller for Flowserve Corp., Chief Financial Officer, Treasurer & SVP at Newport Corp., Vice President-Finance & Corporate Development at YORK International Corp. and Treasurer for Newport Franklin, Inc.

He received an undergraduate degree from Oklahoma State University and an MBA from USC Marshall School of Business.
