Chiu Shun She

With nearly 20 years of experience in the investment banking industry across the Asian regional markets, Mr. She has covered an extensive range of financial advisory projects including takeovers and general offers, mergers and acquisitions, privatisations, share repurchases, divestitures and disposals, restructurings, related party transactions as well as fund raising assignments including primary and secondary offerings and placings, rights issues and private equity financing in Hong Kong, mainland China, the Philippines and Thailand.
Mr. She had also worked as an investment analyst responsible mainly for equity research in the properties sector.
Mr. She graduated from the University of Toronto with a Bachelor of Applied Science degree in Industrial Engineering and obtained a Master of Science degree in Management Science/Operational Research from Imperial College, University of London.
Mr. She is a Chartered Financial Analyst, a member of The Hong Kong Society of Financial Analysts and a member of the Hong Kong Securities Institute.
