Italeaf SpA is an investment holding company, which engages in the creation, development, and promotion of clean technology industrial startups in the fields of cleantech, smart energy, and technological innovation. It operates through the following business lines: Company Builder, Holding, and Real Estate. The Company Builder business line co-founds new companies with direct investments of seed capital for a defined segment such as cleantech and the new technologies. The Holding business line manages its own portfolio investments and provides centralized services to the subsidiaries which include finance, treasury, information technology, legal, business communication, logistics, administration, management, and commercial support. The Real Estate business line develops research activities destined to the creation of business using strategic infrastructures, fittings and industrial sheds, logistics, and completely equipped laboratories and offices. Italeaf was founded by Stefano Neri on December 6, 2010 and is headquartered in Narni, Italy.
