In the past Mr. Abrahams was CFO-UK & Ireland Life Insurance at Aviva Plc and Chief Financial Officer for Aviva Investors Global Services Ltd. (a subsidiary of Aviva Plc), Chief Financial Officer at ABN AMRO Group NV, Group Chief Financial Officer for NN Group Bidco BV and Managing Director-Financial Institutions Group at Morgan Stanley BV.

Mr. Abrahams received an MBA from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and a graduate degree from the University of Cambridge.
