Mr. Negrin previously occupied the position of President for Aquilini Development & Construction, Inc., President & Director at Urban Development Institute-Pacific Region and Senior Vice President at Concord Pacific Group, Inc.

He received a graduate degree from Technical University of Nova Scotia.
