Mr. Teichmann previously was Secretary, Executive VP & General Counsel for Trident Microsystems, Inc., Secretary, Senior Vice President & General Counsel at GoRemote Internet Communications, Inc., Assistant General Counsel at Tandem Computers, Inc., Secretary, Executive VP & General Counsel of Oclaro, Inc. and Vice President-International Law at Sybase, Inc.

Mr. Teichmann received an undergraduate degree from Trinity College (Connecticut), a graduate degree from Fletcher School of Law and a graduate degree from William S. Richardson School of Law.
