In her past career Ms. Majoras was Partner at Jones Day LP, Chairman at Federal Trade Commission, Deputy Assistant Attorney General at US Department of Justice and Vice Chairman for Westminster College (Utah).

She received a graduate degree from the University of Virginia and an undergraduate degree from Westminster College (Pennsylvania).
