Presently, Debra Wilson holds the position of Executive VP-Human Resources at Aurora Cannabis, Inc. and Director-Human Resources for A&B Rail Services Ltd.

In the past Dr. Wilson held the position of Director-Human Resources of Universal Rail Systems, Inc. and Vice President-Human Resources for Alberta Pensions Services Corp.

Dr. Wilson received a doctorate from Capella University LLC and an MBA from Royal Roads University.
