Presently, Doron Blachar holds the position of Chief Executive Officer for Ormat Technologies, Inc. and Chief Executive Officer at Ormat Systems Ltd. and Co-Treasurer & Director at U.S. Geothermal, Inc. (both are subsidiaries of Ormat Technologies, Inc.).

Mr. Blachar previously was Chief Financial Officer of Shikun & Binui Ltd., Vice President-Finance for Amdocs Ltd. and Vice President-Finance for Teva Pharmaceutical Industries Ltd.

Doron Blachar received an undergraduate degree and an MBA from Tel-Aviv University.
