Currently, Edward Stephen Switter is Treasurer & Vice President-Tax at Crane Co. and Co-Managing Director at Crane Holdings (Germany) GmbH (a subsidiary of Crane Co.).

He is also on the board of Money Controls Holdings Ltd., Crane Payment Innovations Ltd., CA-MC Acquisition UK Ltd. and Crane SC Holdings Ltd.

In the past Mr. Switter held the position of Senior Manager at Deloitte & Touche LLP.
