Presently, Emmanuel Odartey Lamptey is Director & Deputy Managing Director-Operations at GCB Bank Ltd.

He is also on the board of GCB Capital Ltd.

In the past he held the position of Group Chief Operating Officer for Letshego Holdings Ltd., Group Head-Finance at Ecobank Transnational, Inc. (Togo), Executive Business Manager at Alexander Forbes Group Holdings Ltd. and Chief Financial Officer at Ecobank Ghana Plc.

He received an undergraduate degree from the University of Cape Coast.
