Francesca di Carlo holds the position of Head-Global Procurement at Enel SpA.

She is also on the board of Petrofac Ltd., Enel Cuore ONLUS and Open Fiber SpA.

In the past she was Chairman for Telespazio SpA, Head-Investor Relations for Telecom Italia SpA and Chairman for Stream SpA.

Ms. Di Carlo received an undergraduate degree from Sapienza University of Rome.
