Presently, Francis X. Sullivan holds the position of Chief Operating Officer & Executive Vice President at PPL Corp. Mr. Sullivan is also on the board of Louisville Gas & Electric Co.

Mr. Sullivan previously occupied the position of Senior Vice President-Operations of NRG Energy, Inc.

He received an undergraduate degree from Union College (New York) and an MBA from Drexel University.
