Presently, Frank Mariage occupies the position of Chairman for Sidex LP.

He is also on the board of Abitibi Royalties, Inc. and Harfang Exploration, Inc. and Partner at Fasken Martineau DuMoulin LLP.

In the past he was Chairman for Quebec Mineral Exploration Association.

Mr. Mariage received an undergraduate degree and a graduate degree from the University of Montréal.
