Presently, Gernot Wober is Chairman at Magna Terra Minerals, Inc.

He is also Vice President-Exploration at Discovery Silver Corp.

In his past career Mr. Wober was Vice President-Exploration of Great Basin Gold Ltd., Vice President-Exploration of Osisko Mining, Inc. and Vice President-Exploration for Oban Exploration Ltd. (a subsidiary of Osisko Mining, Inc.) and Director-Site Operations at Pebble LP.

He received an undergraduate degree from the University of British Columbia.
