He is also on the board of Zhenro Services Group Ltd. and Member of The Chinese Institute of Certified Public Accountants.

In the past he occupied the position of Executive Director-Investment Banking Division at Morgan Stanley Huaxin Securities Co., Ltd., Audit Partner at KPMG Huazhen LLP and Audit Manager at Ernst & Young Da Hua.

He received an undergraduate degree from Shanghai University of Finance & Economics.
