Currently, Herbert Raymond McMaster holds the position of Senior Advisor at Shield Capital LLC. Dr. McMaster is also on the board of Foreign Policy Research Institute, Zoom Video Communications, Inc. and Americas Frontier Fund.

Dr. McMaster received an undergraduate degree from US Military Academy and a graduate degree and a doctorate from The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
