Hui Liu

Hui Liu is the founder of Broadstorm Technologies, Inc. He currently holds the position of Director at Silkwave Holdings Ltd.
and Associate Dean at Shanghai Jiao Tong University.
Previously, he served as Vice Chairman & Chief Technology Officer at Silkwave, Inc. from 2009 to 2024.
He also worked as a Professor at the University of Washington.
Dr. Liu obtained his doctorate degree from The University of Texas at Austin in 1995, a graduate degree from Portland State University in 1992, and completed his undergraduate studies at Fudan University.
