Osram Licht Appoints Ingo Bank as CEO

Osram Licht AG said Tuesday that it has appointed Ingo Bank as chief executive until the end of April 2023.

The German lighting-technology company said Mr. Bank would succeed Olaf Berlien, who is set to leave on Feb. 28 by mutual agreement.

Mr. Bank will take over the role in addition to his position as chief financial officer of Osram majority owner Ams AG, the Austrian sensor maker which is listed in Switzerland.

Currently, Ingo Bank holds the position of Chief Financial Officer for ams AG and Chief Executive Officer of OSRAM Licht AG and Managing Director at OSRAM Beteiligungen GmbH (both are subsidiaries of ams AG).
