University of Toronto Asset Management Corp. (UTAM) is the investment management organization of the University of Toronto, a public research university headquartered in Toronto, Canada. The firm was founded in 2000 as a separately incorporated investment management organization with a Board of Directors. UTAM is the investment manager for the University’s Endowment portfolio and short-term working capital assets. Their sole activity is to manage the assets of the University, prudently and in accordance with their client’s directions. UTAM has been a signatory to the Principles for Responsible Investment (PRI) since 2016.
