HSBC Holdings announces changes to its management team and workforce effective October 1, 2024, subject to regulatory approval.

Barry O'Byrne, currently Head of Global Commercial Banking, has been appointed Head of Wealth Management and Global Retail Banking, replacing Nuno Matos, who is leaving the Group.

Aileen Taylor becomes Group Head of Human Resources and Governance, succeeding Elaine Arden.
