Presently, James Derek Gray occupies the position of Chairman of Ingredion Charitable Foundation.

He is also on the board of Rafhan Maize Products Co. Ltd. and Ingredion SRSS Holdings Ltd. and Chief Financial Officer & Executive Vice President at Ingredion, Inc.

Mr. Gray previously occupied the position of Chief Financial Officer-Gatorade Division at PepsiCo, Inc. and Vice President-Finance for PepsiCo Beverages & Foods North America (a subsidiary of PepsiCo, Inc.).

He received a graduate degree from Kellogg School of Management and an undergraduate degree from the University of California, Berkeley.
