He is also on the board of Citizens Research Council of Michigan and Member of Society for Corporate Governance, Inc., Member of Detroit Regional Chamber, Member of National Investor Relations Institute, Member of Detroit Economic Club and Member of Public Relations Society of America.

In his past career Mr. Polehna was Vice President of Citizens Banking Corp. (Michigan) and Member of The Conference Board, Inc.

He received an undergraduate degree and an MBA from the University of Michigan.
