Jeffrey Jerom Ellis is Secretary & Chief Legal Officer for Canadian Pacific Railway Ltd. Mr. Ellis is also on the board of The Railway Association of Canada and Member of New York State Bar Association, Member of Illinois State Bar Association, Member of Ontario Bar Association and Member of Alberta Bar Association.

He previously was Executive Vice President of Bank of Montreal.

He received a graduate degree and an undergraduate degree from the University of Toronto, a graduate degree from Osgoode Hall Law School and an MBA from Richard Ivey School of Business.
