He is also on the board of CapAllianz Holdings Ltd., Beijing Xiaomi Technology Co., Ltd. and Beijing Zhicai Technology Co., Ltd.

He received a doctorate from The Hong Kong University of Science & Technology, a graduate degree from Chinese Academy of Sciences and an undergraduate degree from Beijing Information Science & Technology University.
