Flutter Entertainment in Talks to Name John Bryant as Chairman, Sky News Reports

--Gambling and betting group Flutter Entertainment PLC is in advanced talks to appoint John Bryant as its next chairman to replace Gary McGann, Sky News reports, citing an unnamed source.

--Mr. Bryant, who is understood to be based in the U.S., is senior independent director at Compass Group and sits on the boards of American companies Ball Corp. and Macy's Inc., Sky News reports.
