He is also on the board of Ghana International Bank Plc, Ghana International Bank Plc (United Kingdom) and Jospong Group of Cos. and Council Member at the University of Cape Coast.

In the past he occupied the position of Chairman for National Communications Authority, Managing Director at First Atlantic Bank Ltd. and Managing Director at First Atlantic Asset Management Co. Ltd. (a subsidiary of First Atlantic Bank Ltd.) and Relationship Manager at Merchant Bank Ghana Ltd.

Jude Kofi Arthur received an undergraduate degree from the University of Ghana Business School.
