He is also the Executive Chairman of CLMV Consult Net Pte Ltd.
and the Lead Independent Director of Asiatravel.com Holdings Ltd.
In addition, he holds director positions in Cam Box Investment Pte Ltd., Cam Box Holding Pte Ltd., Cambodia Cables & Engineering Co. Ltd., Nagamed Public Ltd.
Co., Asia Travel Group Pte Ltd., and Academy of Water Safety & Swimming Pte Ltd.
Mr. Tay's former positions include President & Chief Executive Officer of Asean Finance Corp.
