Presently, Keith A. Rummer is Chief Human Resources & Compliance Officer, SVP at Phillips Edison & Co., Inc. and Chief Human Resources Officer & Senior VP at Phillips Edison & Co. Ltd. (a subsidiary of Phillips Edison & Co., Inc.). Mr. Rummer is also on the board of Alzheimer’S Association of Greater Cincinnati and Member of International Coach Federation.

He previously occupied the position of Vice President & Director-Employee Relations at Fifth Third Bancorp, Corporate Counsel & Compliance Officer at AMN Healthcare, Inc. and Vice President-Associate Relations & Compliance at Luxottica U.S. Holdings Corp.

Mr. Rummer received an undergraduate degree from Denison University and a graduate degree from Michael E. Moritz College of Law.
