Keith joined InfraRed in 2007, originally as CFO for HICL.

Keith is the Chief Operating Officer, responsible for day-to-day operations, including the oversight of Finance and Portfolio Management systems and processes. He is also a fund manager for the Yield Fund.

Before joining InfraRed, he was at John Laing plc for 5 years, latterly as a portfolio director responsible for acquisitions and portfolio management, serving on the investment committee. Keith has a background in corporate finance, project finance, listed investment companies and financial management, with over 20 years’ experience in infrastructure investments, which has included structuring new projects, restructurings, refinancings, equity capital raising, acquisitions, disposals and asset management.

Keith qualified as a chartered accountant at PwC and graduated with a first-class honours BSc in mathematics from Durham University.
