Kenneth Robertson occupies the position of Chairman for Community Information Centre of Metropolitan Toronto. Mr. Robertson is also on the board of Mountain Province Diamonds, Inc., Avcorp Industries, Inc., Silvercorp Metals, Inc. and Gold Royalty Corp. and Treasurer at SMARTRISK.

Mr. Robertson previously was Partner at Ernst & Young LLP (Canada).

Mr. Robertson received an undergraduate degree from McMaster University.
