In his past career he held the position of Head-US Risk Management at Bristol-Myers Squibb Co. and Vice President & Head-Regulatory at Rocket Pharmaceuticals Ltd.

He received an MBA from The Leonard N Stern School of Business and an undergraduate degree and a doctorate from the University of the Sciences in Philadelphia.
