Ms. Udeshi previously was Chairman of Deposit Insurance & Credit Guarantee Corp., Member of Financial Sector Legislative Reforms Commission, Chairman at Bharatiya Reserve Bank Note Mudran Pvt Ltd., Executive Director & Deputy Governor at Reserve Bank of India and Chairman for The Banking Codes & Standards Board of India.

Kishori Jayendra Udeshi received a graduate degree from the University of Mumbai.
