Marilyn Schonberner is on the board of New Gold, Inc. and Wheaton Precious Metals Corp. In the past she held the position of CFO, Director & Senior Vice President at CNOOC Petroleum North America ULC.

Ms. Schonberner received an undergraduate degree from the University of Alberta and an MBA from the University of Calgary.
