Salesforce CFO Mark Hawkins to Retire at the End of January

Salesforce.com Inc. said Tuesday that President and Chief Financial Officer Mark Hawkins will retire from his role, effective Jan. 31.

The marketing software tech company--which just announced its $27.7 billion-acquisition of Slack Technologies Inc.--said that Mr. Hawkins will be replaced by Amy Weaver, a current president and chief legal officer, effective on Feb. 1.

Mr. Hawkins will transition to an advisory role as CFO emeritus until October 2021, the company said.
