Mr. Brugger is also on the board of American Hotel & Lodging Association, Inc. and DiamondRock Hospitality LP and Member of The Urban Land Institute, Member of The Real Estate Roundtable, Member of Maryland Bar Foundation, Inc. and Member of YPO International Chapter.

In the past Mr. Brugger was Vice President-Project Finance at Marriott International, Inc., Director-Land Development at Coscan Washington, Inc. and Vice President-Investment Sales at Transwestern Commercial Services LLC.

He received an undergraduate degree from the University of Maryland and a graduate degree from American University Washington College of Law.
