Mark A. Wegleitner is on the board of Infinera Corp. In the past Mr. Wegleitner held the position of President of Wegleitner Consulting and Senior Vice President-Technology at Verizon Communications, Inc. Chief Technology Officer of Bell Atlantic Corp. and Chief Technology Officer for Verizon Services Corp. (both are subsidiaries of Verizon Communications, Inc.).

Mr. Wegleitner received an undergraduate degree from St. John's University and a graduate degree from the University of California, Berkeley.
