In his past career Mr. Fitzmaurice occupied the position of Senior Vice President-Finance for Retail Properties of America, Inc., Vice President-Finance of GGP, Inc. and Manager-Investments & Due Diligence Team at Equity Office Properties Trust.

Mr. Fitzmaurice received an undergraduate degree from the University of Illinois.
