Currently, Min Gao is Co-Chairman of Babytree Group and Co-Chief Human Resource Officer & Vice President at Fosun International Ltd.

He previously held the position of Vice President & GM-Human Resources at Shanghai Forte Land Co., Ltd. and Vice President & GM-Human Resources at Shanghai Yuyuan Tourist Mart Group Co., Ltd.

Mr. Gao received an undergraduate degree from Shanghai Normal University and an MBA from China Europe International Business School.
