Ltd., General Manager & Director at AVIC Capital Co., Ltd., Chairman at AECC Xi'An Aero Engine Co., Ltd., Chairman at AECC Aviation Power Co. Ltd. and Chief Accountant of China Aero Engine Group Co., Ltd. He received an undergraduate degree from Dongbei University of Finance & Economics and an MBA from École des Hautes Études Commerciales de Paris.
