Currently, Monica Siv Salthella is Managing Director at Formuesforvaltning AS and Chief Executive Officer & Managing Director at Formuesforvaltning Vest AS. Ms. Salthella is also on the board of Eiendomsspar AS, Victoria Eiendom AS and Jaegergruppen AS.

In her past career Ms. Salthella held the position of Chairman of Norsk Film Kommisjon Og, Deputy Member at Eksportfinans ASA, Member-Supervisory Council at Norges Bank, Deputy Member at the University of Bergen and Deputy Member at Bergen School of Architecture.

Monica Siv Salthella received a graduate degree from King's College London and an MBA from Norwegian School of Economics & Business Administration.
