Presently, Natasha Vaz holds the position of Chief Operating Officer of Kirkland Lake Gold Ltd. Ms. Vaz is also Member of Professional Engineers Ontario. Ms. Vaz previously occupied the position of Director-Technical Services at Lake Shore Gold Corp. and Vice President-Technical Resources at Tahoe Resources, Inc. Natasha Vaz received an undergraduate degree from the University of Toronto and an MBA from The Schulich School of Business.
