Presently, Nompumelelo Thembekile Madisa occupies the position of Chief Executive Officer & Executive Director at The Bidvest Group Ltd. and Non-Executive Chairman of Adcock Ingram Ltd. and Non-Executive Chairman of Adcock Ingram Holdings Ltd. (both are subsidiaries of The Bidvest Group Ltd.). Ms. Madisa is also on the board of Bidvestco Ltd., Bidvest Bank Ltd., PHS Investments Ltd. and PHS Bidco Ltd.

Ms. Madisa received a graduate degree from the University of the Witwatersrand.
