Presently, Nopasika Vuyelwa Lila holds the position of Group Finance Director & Executive Director at Barloworld Ltd. Ms. Lila is also on the board of African Group Lubricants Pty Ltd.

In the past she was Chief Financial Officer of Eskom Pension & Provident Fund.

Ms. Lila received an undergraduate degree from Walter Sisulu University.
