Presently, Olivier Durand is Chairman of GREEN PACK SAS, Group Chief Financial Officer & Executive VP at Faurecia SE, Chairman of Faurecia Automotive (a subsidiary of Faurecia SE) and Chairman for Banimmo France SASU.

He is also on the board of Faurecia (China) Investment Co., Ltd. and Member-Management Board at Banimmo SA.

In the past Mr. Durand held the position of Chief Executive Officer & Chief Financial Officer at Alcatel-Lucent SAS.
