Currently, Olumuyiwa Ayojimi occupies the position of Secretary & General Counsel for International Breweries Plc and Secretary at Seven-Up Bottling Co. Plc. Mr. Ayojimi is also Member of International Corporate Governance Network, Member of Institute of Chartered Secretaries & Administrators, Member of Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, Member of International Bar Association, Member of Nigerian Bar Association, Member of Nigerian Institute of Management and Member of The Society for Corporate Governance Nigeria Ltd.

Mr. Ayojimi previously held the position of Secretary of Fondex Gold Investments Ltd. and Secretary for D. Toroak Industries.

Olumuyiwa Ayojimi received a graduate degree from the University of Lagos.
