Sasol CFO to Step Down Next Year

Sasol Ltd. said Thursday that its Chief Financial Officer and Executive Director Paul Victor, will step down on June 30, 2022.

The South Africa-based petrochemical and energy company said the current CFO of Royal Bafokeng Platinum Ltd., Hanre Rossouw, has been appointed CFO designate and executive director designate of Sasol to succeed Paul Victor.

"Paul has agreed to remain with Sasol until the publication of Sasol's financial results and suite of annual reports for the year ending June 30, 2022, allowing for a sixth-month structured handover period," the company said.
