In the past Mr. Feld held the position of Portfolio Manager at Haystack Spv I, a Series of Opportunity Master Funds LLC, Portfolio Manager at Starboard Value & Opportunity Master Fund Ltd. and Analyst at Banc of America Securities LLC.

Mr. Feld received an undergraduate degree from Tufts University.
