He is also on the board of The Drumthwacket Foundation, Inc., The Garden of Dreams Foundation and Seton Hall Preparatory School, Inc.

In his past career Richard Constable held the position of Commissioner for New Jersey Department of Community Affairs and Deputy Commissioner at New Jersey Department of Labor & Workforce Development.

Mr. Constable received an undergraduate degree from the University of Michigan and a graduate degree from the University of Pennsylvania.
