Ruggero Magnoni is an Italian businessperson who founded The Lehman Brothers Foundation Europe and who has been the head of 5 different companies. Currently, Mr. Magnoni occupies the position of Chairman for Spumador SpA, Chairman of Fondazione Giuliano e Maria Carmen Magnoni ONLUS, Chairman of M&M Capital Ltd. and Advisory Council at Trilantic Capital Partners LLP.
He is also Chairman of Fondazione Laureus Sport for Good Italia ONLUS, General Partner of Compagnie Financière Rupert SA and General Partner at Compagnie Financière Rupert SCA and on the board of 16 other companies.
In the past he was Chairman at Lehman Brothers International (Europe), Vice Chairman & Head-European Private Equity at Lehman Brothers, Inc., Chairman-EMEA Investment Banking Division at Nomura International Plc and Member-Overseers Board at Reinet Investments SCA.
Mr. Magnoni received an undergraduate degree from the University of Bocconi and an MBA from The Trustees of Columbia University in The City of New York.
